Return & Refund Policy



We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Returns

 • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Certain items (e.g.,if u comb or brush out the wig , if u tint the lace or cut the lace   Such  products are not eligible for return.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [7 business days].

Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
